Hello! Having lived and worked in the same area for the past 3 decades, I have a knowledge of neighborhoods, school systems and local information are what most home sellers and buyer’s depend on. Being a San Diego Native sets her apart in her depth of knowledge in the local Real Estate Market. In 2009 Susie formed the Nancarrow Realty Group.

Susie continues her education in a variety of ways, currently she’s working on her Certified Residential Specialist Designation, her e Pro Designation and the Eco Broker Designation, which helps her remain on top of the progressive learning curve. “Technology is critical in the Real Estate Industry, which is why I’m continuing my education in this arena as aggressively as possible.”    
   
Susie believes in community and giving back. Susie supports a wide variety of local and national charities with donations and time. She and her husband Loren (Local Television Weatherperson and Environmental Reporter) married 20 years, have 3 children, 2 in college and 1 in high school.
